Our program options give students an opportunity to form strong bonds with ponies as well as other students. Pferde’s programs are designed to teach an appreciation for these wonderful animals, as well as learn about multiple aspects of horsemanship and stable management. Our lessons are lighthearted, incorporating different exercises and games which make learning to ride fun!
All art projects are horse related and focus on learning different aspects from the world of horses. At times, we invite guest speakers to address special topics.
Safety is always our highest priority in all our programs. From the ground to saddle, we aim to share the many aspects of horsemanship with lighthearted, safe fun!
Pferde Farm programs are available through the Gurnee & Lindenhurst Park Districts as well as the Warren Township Special Recreation Association.
